Founded by Olly, the business started with a simple idea: make olives more exciting. Experimenting with marinades in his parents' kitchen, Olly began selling his creations at local farmers' markets. The response was overwhelmingly positive, giving him the confidence to turn his passion into a full-time business.
It was a bold decision. Instead of pursuing a career in medicine, Olly chose to follow his entrepreneurial dream and build a food brand focused on flavour, fun and quality.
From Kitchen Table to International Shelves
As demand grew, Olly was joined by his brother Sam and close friend Yingdee, helping transform a small market stall into a rapidly growing snack business.
The company's first olive snack pouches quickly found their way into retailers across the United Kingdom and overseas. Their popular Garlic & Basil Olives even became the official olive snack served on several airlines, introducing the brand to travellers around the world.
What began as a simple idea was becoming something much bigger.
